9 isnt enough the Dolphins need to dump for picks and let Parcells rebuild this team!

Um, who would u suggest we "dump" for picks?  JT is the only one worth trading for anything.  Not going to get anything for Ricky, we need him with Ronnies injury anyways.  And we have been shopping the #1, it easier said then done.

BP and Sparano are cleaning house and rebuilding.....

Isn't the maximum picks allowed in any given year 12 per team in a draft?  I thought Ir ead that somewhere....

Personally though, I like either of these 2 options as far as Dolphins and drafting:

1) Jake long at #1

Honestly, he's the closest thing to a garuntee for the kind of money that will be demanded.  Everyone else mentioned - Chris long, Glen dorsey, Matt ryan, The guy from USC, etc... - are all "maybes" as far as long term

2) Trade with dallas.

I like this one the best because the dolphins have a lot of holes to fill.  Why not try to get Dallas's 2 first rounders + a player for the # 1?  Dallas seems to be trying hard for Pac man, which would fill that hole, and I think they would love to snatch McFadden at #1.

Please whatever it is let it be part of a long term building/re-building strategy. I'm tired of short term 'wonder-fixes' that don't pan out and they we're back to square one.
