	The season is here and we've added some impressive players that could jell w/ the team really well. Everyone is predicting Cubs CUBS CUBS, but I say Astros ASTROS ASTROS will win the central. I have to add some heat to our rival cubs. Its gonna be an exciting season and love being in the mix of things. Lets have a fun season Astros fans and lets play for another chance for the world series. my prediction: 90-72 MVP for the Astros: Lance Berkman (w/ the added hitters, there is no pressure for him not to produce, nows hes gonna blow up this year) 30 HR CLUB: L. Berkman, M. Tejada, H. Pence, C. Lee, T. Wigginton, J. Cruz (our ace in the hole) I like Bourn but I believe Cruz is gonna have a break out year playing under his fathers teachings. 100 RBI CLUB: Lance Berkman, M. Tejada, H. Pence, C. Lee, T. Wigginton 20 WIN CLUB: the wizard, and wandy

	agree with the Berkman prediction.. have some trouble with the 90-72.. i think more like 84-78.. but that may be enuff to win the division..

	Looks like my prediction isn't off by much. Jose Cruz is not doing what I expected but I like Erstad taking over in center for Bourne.

	As a Cubs fan, I can say that Houston worries me more than any other Central team. Houston and Chicago's offenses are head and shoulders above the rest of the division. The Offenses' are pretty close, so I think it comes down to which pitching staff holds up better over the long haul.

	Hey BabyblueUnc, Goodluck to u guys in the next series. I've been waiting for this series and both teams are hot but I'm worried about our pitching. Cubs do have the advantage w/ the pitching but we have the triple crown guy right now w/ The Big Puma. I have several friends from the south that love the Cubbies for no apparent reason so, they talk alot of smack. I'll just let the Astros do there thing. GO STROS...... DJ Sammyo

	Yes, the way the Cubs are playing so far this year, 90 wins will not be enough but it's a long season and there's not telling how it could play out. I like our chances and hope we can get home field advantage with the way we're playing at Wrigley versus playing on the road.
