What is the court thinking?!?! This will be the FOURTH time this moron will be charged with driving under the influence. Permanently suspend his drivers license or give him 50 years in prison. The punishment should be harsh because this guy will never learn. Seriously, how can this guy live with himself after killing someone!?

You are absolutely right. The guy had been convicted of a DWI in 1996 4 years before what happened to Malik Sealy. This guy should have never gotten his license back after that. He should have had at least ten years for manslaughter. But these stupid laws where when it is under the influence they take it easy is ridiculous. Then a third one in 2006 should have been the dead give away that he is never going to learn. This is ridiculous. Whoever is letting this guy still drive is a complete moron. 4 TIMES. How does this guy live with himself, how does he sleep at night knowing that because he was an idiot a good man lost his life. And then to continue to do it and potentially kill another person or more. This is ridiculous and no punishment is too harsh with this guy who just won't learn from killing someone.
