Up front: I'm not a Mets fan; but 3rd in the NL East? They were the best team in the NL last year up to the final two weeks of the season. They are even more loaded this year, and by Sept. 15 they will be so far out in front that another collapse won't even be possible. I expect that team to be much more focused this year, and 100W is a good possibility.
I am a White Sox fan, and I think 3rd in the ALC is way too optimistic. The core offense is too old, the starting pitching is too thin, and the farm system too empty. With Cleveland and Detroit loaded at the top of the division this would be a really good year to trade veterans for prospects. And I mean deep prospects, because we not only don't have anyone at AAA, we don't have anyone at A either; which makes me wonder what Kenny Williams has done to the scouting department.
