Hey, I was wrong.

Before the game I said (on the Florida board) That ASU was the Florda State of the Western US.  Boy was I wrong.  While we won the game by 13, the most impressive thing was the fans in the stands.  While Florida State had 500 people watching their game aginst Akron, you guys looked like fans were falling out of the rafters.  Even the TV guys commented about 3 or 4 times how many people there were and how loud they were.  If I didn't know better I would have sworn that Florida was ASU's biggest rival.  When the game was well out of reach, rather than run for the exits, everyone stayed and gave their team a Standing O.  Props to Arizona State fans.

Thats cool to hear, and believe me it hasn't always been like that.  I have been a season ticket holder for a long time now, and I can remember thinking that I was the only one.   LOL, just kidding.

We have Herb Sendek and of course, his players, to thank for the infusion of a winning attitude in the basketball program at ASU.  This season is a fine one to build upon, excitement is in the air!
