Im a Kings Fan and I dont even bother watching a Kings game any more. We're not going to make the playoffs and I dont see the Kings making the playoffs next year or the next. The Maloofs better get busy this off season and sign Big Named players or the Kings are going to be History!

i don't think its the maloofs fault. its the coach and the players thats screwing up. theus don't know how to handle his players and the team are greedy on offense. every1 once to be the star on this team. we beat gd teams because of gd ball movement but when they play teams that they think its an auto W they get greedy and lose the game. the only players i like to keep on the team would be k-mart, beno, garcia and sheldon. i would add miller since he play a gd season but i don't see a repeat. maybe he prove me wrong doe.

well everyone has their own opinion. i will be a Kings fan until they move outta sac. which i hope will be never. we have talent on the team. its just not used properly. i think people forget this is theus's first year as a coach in nba. he can only get better. i see the improvement from last year though. i hate bandwagon fans.

The Kings are not that far away from being a playoff team. the right draft and couple moves in the offseason could make a difference

Kings are deeply suffering from the condition that arises from a team that has years of success but never knows when to rebuild. As Billy Beane always says, when you realize it's time to rebuild, it's probably too late.
However, the ownership of kings made the decision years ago to be content with eking into the playoffs with a 8th seed rather then swallowing the rebuilding pill. Instead, the kings waited far too long, and unloaded very talented, if aging players, for next to nothing. The C Webb trade was pathethic. The Bibby trade was a joke. We never got value from Peja. Just imagine if we decided to parted out the team the year we made the playoff (as 8th seed) and got killed by the Sonics. We might have been in a better situtation today.

Spoken like a true EAGLES fan. When they're on top, you want to shout about how great they are and when they have an off year you beat them into the ground and complain about all the "great" talent that was lost and how the front office isn't doing anything to help. Don't you think that everyone would prefer their teams win year in year out? Duh. That just doesn't happen ALL the time. Why fight and sacrafice your future for a #8 seed in the playoffs just to be bounced out in the first round by a superior western team? If the Kings were in the East, they'd have a playoff spot and would of had a better record facing that competition. The West is too good right now. Clear some room and put yourself in a position to contend down the road. If you DID watch the games you would see that the Kings are actually putting a decent product on the court and have played with and at times beat the best teams in the West. There's just no consistency with this team. I think the Kings have put themselves into good position with their cap situation as well as having some young movable pieces, but I'm willing to wait and find out.
