You want Uggla as your 2B. In your OF you should reserve Fukudome and activate Hart.
The other positions look to be filled with good to decent players.
B. J. Upton is eligible at 2B and OF. Therefore, If this was my team I would look towards providing additional positional backup at the 1B, 3B, SS, and SP/CL positions using trades and/or the waiver wire and replace, at a minimum, Hudson and Pedroia for those players .
Don't worry about a backup at the catcher position...anybody leftover after the draft will produce at about the same level as everybody else. Johjima is a good catcher...but... if Chris Snyder of Arizona is still availible and starts to REALLY produce, he may be having his breakout year and you might want to consider an add/drop scenario in this instance.
If you get rid of your #3 and # 4 2Bs in Hudson and Pedroia, as suggested, that leaves you with 6 OFs (7 counting B.J. Upton) with Cabrera, Fukudome and Milledge sitting on your bench. Now depending on you comfort level, I would get rid of at least 2 of them and stockup on additional quality pitching. Milledge is a breakout candidate and Fukudome is a nice sleeper. Cabrera is a future star but is the least fantasy worthy of the three...in my opinion.
Basically what I am saying is that, barring mass injuries, you have 2 IFs and 2-3 OFs that will never get off your bench. Use those players to get quality backups or rookies and/or prospects if possible. If you can't get any backups, rookies or prospects that you like, then bolster your pitching staff so that you can maximize 2-start SPs or SVs as much as possible with what remains in the free-agent pool.
Also don't be afraid of offering a 2:1 or 3:1 trade, maybe even including your starter, if you have the possibility of a signifigant upgrade...remember these players are your bench warmers and they will do you no good whatsoever just sitting there.
Possible breakout/sleeper candidates: Mark Reynolds 3B ARI, Crosby SS OAK, Aybar 2B/SS LAA, Guzman SS WSH, Ankiel OF STL, Butler 1B/OF? KC
Prospects: Longoria 3B TB, Votto 1B CIN, Rasmus OF STL, Bruce OF CIN, Maybin OF FLA. You may have to keep them on your bench for a while, but willprobably be worth it. I reccomend staying away from most pitchers with less than 2 years experience. For my piece of mind, I would rather go with a Glavine type pitcher than a Cueto type.
Hope this helps. Goood luck
