Did you say Sycruse, Seton Hall, And Cincy are great teams? Wow nice big east bias. Seton Hall and Cincy are not even in the NIT or the 3rd tournament. Lol cincy 13-19 yes they will beat Cal or Washington.. Top to bottom the pac 10 is better but since the big east has more teams they have more better teams. And Georgetown lost to a midmajor. Your regular season title winner and conference winner are both gone. Uconn gone and they were suppose to be the "sleeper" pick.

The bottom in the Big East is horrible.. 11-20, 12-19, 11-19x 2, 13-19, 15-16. Thats 6 teams with below average records while pac 10 has only 2 16-17,  6-25.

Your argument is flaw when you say top to bottom. But if you said which conference has more better teams than it would be the big east. But best conference top to bottom is pac 10.

Based on performance thus far in the tournament i would have to go with the PAC-10.  The Big East took some major hits w/ Pitt., UCONN and Georgetown getting embarassed.  The PAC-10 really has played out about as expected.  Only USC losing as the higher seed.

This talk about the best conference is getting old. Although conference affiliation has some bearing, they're playing for a National Championship not a National Conference Championship. It's like comparing apples and lemons. The best team doesn't always even win let alone the best conference. The only way to compare teams is head-to-head and then, like they say, on any given night...

Syracuse is a good team... you need to pull your head out of your ***

You need to start turning your t.v on at 4:00 pacific time and watch the real side of the country play basketball. Although i'd have to admit that UCLA is a very good team. Nobody cares about the west coast because they have only a few good teams. The rest are overrated, Arizona, Oregon, Stanford, = overrated.
