I think they will finish with more wins than losses....they just need to find that killer instinct I guess you could say, they need to start out strong and not give teams a chance to get back in it. The loss against Seattle was a game I thought for sure they would win. This was a good year though and I am excited for next year as well!

Our remaining schedule is brutal.  I think we'll finish 41-41.

Anyone thinking Oden is the one piece to bring us a championship is kidding themselves.  We're still a good PG and a strong, steady SF away, and we could probably take care of one of those in the draft.

Have patience, Portland fans.  We have one of the best GMs in the league; good things WILL happen.

At mid-season I thought the Blazers may win 47-50 games but that changed when they cooled off. I am still hoping they can come in with 42-44 wins and have a nice season. With Roy out for how ever long that may change. A .500 record of 41-41 would still be a nice improvement over last year but a winning record would be far better.

I finally got to go to Portland last night after months of waiting to watch the Blazers play in person against Charlotte. I was bummed when Roy got hurt and wouldn't be playing for the next week but looked forward to the game anyway and the hopes of seeing a good showing and a nice victory! Even though it was close the entire game the Blazers lead from the start but were never able to get a comfortable lead. I loved watching Aldridge dominate inside and Outlaw hitting from outside. Then something terrible happened. For some reason Jarrett Jack and Reaf Lafrentz were allowed to take over the game in the 2nd half and after seeing stupid mistake after stupid mistake the Bobcats slowly took over the game. It was still close in the 4th but the Blazers changed their strategy and started taking stupid outside shot after stupid outside shot and forgetting the inside play. They got blown out in the last 3 mins of a disturbing loss. Jack and LaFrentz should never touch the court again and should be removed from a blazer uniform. To bad, that may have been their easist win the rest of the year.

I now say they will finish with less then 40 wins unless Roy comes back and playes. His leadership is sorely missed!!

Whatever the Trail Blazers record ends up, the answer is going to be, way more wins than they had last year. I would hope that they end up with a winning record, so they can have some sense of accomplishment this year, but i think that they should have that anyway. Our Blazers shed the negative 'Jail Blazers' stereotype, and at the same time have caught the attention of the rest of the NBA!! LABRONCOS, I assure you that none of us have forgotten about Oden, and his mohawk, sitting on our bench waiting for his chance next year. Thanks for the wishes of good luck from a Lakers fan, and we hope the Blazers are able to renew thier rivalry with the Lakers in the postseason next year. Go Blazers!!
