Arizona State lost to USC today 59-55, which means their chances at making the NCAA Tournament are pretty much over.
They went the final 9:31 of the game without making a field goal- they went 0-9 from the field and 6-8 from the line with 6 fouls.
Honestly, I knew that this team would fold under pressure. They played great defense down the stretch, but the offense could not do anything to help them win.
Sorry, guys, but I think ASU has a 2% chance at making the NCAA Tournament now, especially with the weak RPI, SOS, and non-conference SOS.
I'm not trying to be a pessimist, just being brutally honest.
