I think the whole Blues nation(if there is such a thing) has figured this out but yet the dumb*** organization hasnt figured out this is a team that cant play with fat ole' lugs like tkachuk, hinote, and brewer. I say we just lock up that first overall pick and build for next year. Look at the pens. they have 4 top five picks in 4 years and they are one of the best in the league!!!!

kepp kayria though. he just needs to score though!!

true - ill keep kariya but brewer can stay.. but yes - its time to clean house, and not half a**' either.  unload ruchinsky, hinote, keith, king, ect.

play perron , stasny , johnson and the other high drafts picks we have. and bring up t.j. Oshie. we will get another top 5 pick this year. cross your fingers for the lottery.

Erik is going to be a stud, perron is going to be the Pavol Demitra of this decade and mcdonald has 5 quality years left in him.  Kariya has a couple.

go draft day!

and go cards

Its about time someone said it! Tkachuk has lost a step or 8 and Brewer is just a waste of flesh. They made his punk ass captain too... what a joke. Perron EJ and Stempniak are the future. Maybe a new coach should be considered... just a thought. I can't help but hate on Murray when we're in last place.

I have a feeling that Walt will retire after this season anyway. If he doesn't, trade him. Rucinski should either be traded or cut. I was hoping for the trade to happen at the deadline. I've never liked Brewer and the sound of people having compared him to the next Chris Pronger when we traded prongs for him four years ago made me ill. The only C he should have on his jersey should be followed by "-rappy excuse for a hockey player." Unload McKee at next years deadline and get someone like Backman with both size and skill. And over the offseason sign a freakin superstar. I DON'T CARE WHO!!! Keep King, Janssen, Backes, Stempniak, Perron, EJ, RJ, Mayers, and Kariya and trade McClement for a backup goalie.

Those are my thoughts.

GO Blues... next year. (because they've obviously given up on doing so this one.)

This is a no-brainer...

Get younger, get faster, get tougher, and have good backup goaltending... We need all of that...

As mentioned, play for the top pick the rest of the season... A youth movement is needed...
