Sgt, You seem like a respectful guy overall ,so I have no intention of bashing you. But your reference to "IHATEREDNECKS"as being a racist, I wiil say that a " redneck " is not a race, it is a chosen way of life. I'm tired of repubs. saying that dems. dont support our troops. We (dems. ) dont support the people that are sending our young men and women into meatgrinders like Iraq . If Bush would practice what he preaches, he would not have cut our troops combat pay 50%.And he would make sure that the hospitals and rehablition centers for our vets ,would be of the highest quality( ie walter reed hos.).He would of also made sure that our troops had sufficient body armor and armored humvies" before" he started the war, not 4 years later. And how about supporting the American workers, by buying American products, something I have never heard Bush say. Last but not least , WW1 and WW2 and Afganistan are wars necessary to protect our freedoms. Korea and vietnam were wars to protect our slave labor corporate interests in those countries. Desert storm was to protect our oil interests . And then there's Iraq ,which was Bush's personal vendetta interests.Thousands of Americans gave their lives and limbs in all of these conflicts and get my upmost respect, the people that sent them do not.
