After losing to Oregon on Thursday night, the Sun Devils will try their luck with Oregon State, who has lost 19 games in a row. If Arizona State loses this game, I think at least 2 conference tournament wins would be necessary just to have a decent shot. If the Devils win tonight, I don't think they would need a conference tournament win to get in, but they would need one to feel safe.

This game is that big. This young team cannot choke under pressure. If Oregon State were to win one more game, it can't be this one.

Honestly, if ASU loses tonight, I think their NCAA Tournament hopes are over.

Tonight's game is a must-win.

There is absolutely no way that ASU loses to OSU. Even thoguh OSU might not be the worst team in PAC 10 history, it shows how deep and strong the PAC 10 is this year that they are 0-17, and soon to be the first 0-18 team ever. As long as Harden and pendergraph show up tonight ASU wins and makes the tourney. I think if they win tongiht and do not win in the PAC 10 tourney they will get an 11 or 12 seed. If they win tonight and win one PAC 10 tourney game they will receive a 9 seed. If tehy can win 2 PAC 10 tourney games they will receive an 8 seed. If for some reason they cna win the PAC 10 tourney they will receive a 6 seed. This team is loaded with talent and should comete for PAC 10 title next year as long as HArden doesn't make a stupid decidion and turn pro. The biggest disappointments of the year are Eric Boateng and  Ty Abbott. Fox Sports announcers keep calling Abbott eh X-factor, but he has really only shown up in 3-4 games all year long. If he were consistent ASU would be 11-6 in the PAC 10 this year. He was awful at Oregon on Thursday and has been awful so many other times. He has a load of talent but doesn't understand to stop shooting when he is 0-8 from the 3 point line. He needs to learn to create his own shot when his outside shot isn't falling like Harden does. ASU might have the best starting five in the PAC 10 next year with Harden, Abbott, Shipp, Kuksiks and Pendergraph. Kuksiks has really come on this year and shown he can be dependable.Back to this year, ASU has the talent and desire to beat most teams (Xavier and Stanford as examples) but lack the fire power to keep up with the UNC's and UCLA's of the world. They could win the PAC 10 tourney as long as they don't have to play UCLA. Go devils and don't even let the beavers into today's game!!!

Tonight's game is a must-win.

I agree wholeheartedly. If we were to lose this game it would almost eliminate us from an invite to the "big dance" unless they were get atleast 2 wins in the Pac10 tourney.  I still dont see it w/o this win though. A team has to win the games that they are supposed to win. This OSU game is one of those games.
