The Frank Era needs to Over!!!

You just can't blame Frank. He is not the one on the floor taking the shots. Vince Carter had 12pts last night. I'll repeat that 12pts. He is killing the team what is he actually doing out there? He cant defend, shoot or run the floor and is the highest paid player on the team. The Nets are going to lose every game on this road trip and will miss the playoffs. This might not be a bad thing they can enter the Michael Beasley sweepstakes. Add Beasley and a shooter then they can compete.

Thorn should have tried to trade for J.R. Smith or J.J. Reddick. The Nets have to be the worst outside shooting team.

It is time for a change at coach. The team was inconsistent priot to the Jason Kidd trade and continues too be so at this point. Vince Carter especially has been inconsistent since the trade. He has been off all year since signing the big contract in the off season. With a few smart moves bty Rod Thorn this team could easily bounce back.

The team is lottery bound. The draft is deep in big men but also at point guard. If they could fall in the top 3 in the lottery they could definetly get an impact player. Michael Beasley is the next Tim Duncan and will change the teams fortune. OJ Mayo, Brook Lopez, and Derrick Rose have too be considered depending on where they fall. A strong move or two in free agency would help as well.

Thet should look at Mike Fratello as a possible canidate too be the teams next head coach.

Frank's should be replaced.  I can think of the following reasons why :

1) He sunts young guys growth (too many to name)

2)He plays marginal veterans way too much (Hassell, Jason Collins, Malik Allen)

3)He stresses all defense with a team that does not have the talent to be a lock down team, instead of stressing balance.

4) He matches up aweful in games.  If we cant score you need to insert what ever shoters we have. Hassell is not tha answer.. Uggghhh !!
