True, they were beaten by 1 point by Wisconsin, who probably will win the BIG 10 conference championship, and had early season upset losses to Michigan State, Texas A&M, and Mizzou. When they lost to A&M, Mich. ST, and Wisconsin, those were all top ten ranked teams, two on the road, with one Texas starter not playing in all 3 games.
They are now healthy, and have already avenged the A & M loss to the tune of a 27 point margin. They may get a chance to avenge the Mizzou loss in the BIG 12 Tourney, ( something the BIG TEN is still afraid to attempt, a tourney) . Maybe they will get another shot at Wisconsin and/or Michigan State in the National tournament, I hope so. The Longhorns are playing better than either of them right now.
