Bush has an approval rating around 30%.
But (Democrat controlled) Congress has an approval rating of about 18%.
How can than be?
Funny you should say that , poll released today has dubya's app. rating at 23%. The dems. were elected overwhelmingly in '06 ,because Americans were fed up with Dubya, and thought they were going to get us out of Iraq. But the simple fact is ,their only option was to cut funding for the war, which fuels the "see ,we told you ,the democrats hate our troops."The new dem. congress is in a no win situation until the deceiver in charge is gone.Veto veto veto.

He's a big boy, he interjected my post by playing all high a mighty,stating I have no right to despise bush, to which I simply pointed out he spelled whether with weather, to which he goes psycho and proceeded to go off on some tangent about a brainclot when he was 9 . how was I to know that.
You couldn't. That's why you act like a man and apologize instead of continuing to act like a jerk after you found out. That makes it worse.
But since he could care less about the rainforest and our national forest,then he is of no use to me.
Well that's funny. Because I probably have different views than 85%-90% of the public but I have use for almost all of them.
Just because someone doesn't share your narrow worldview doesn't make them any less of person.
Again, I'm sick of this hypocritical liberal bull sh*t about tolerance and then liberals proceeding to disparage anyone who doesn't buy their crap hook line and sinker.

There's red, yeah red I don't know the difference between of and off , I should have proofread my post , and if you look over the last 500-600 pages I think you'll find I used the word due correctly several hundred times. Everyone on here writes than when they meant to write then. But with your USC degree apparently don't know the difference between weather and whether.
So in my own haste I wasn't thinking and blew it. But to your credit you got me and boy did you get me good! You know just last week I said, get this....(you sitting down?) Of coarse! Can you believe it? Of coarse! God what a dope huh? What was I thinking? As soon as I'm done sending this post I'm mailing my degree back to SC.....not! I'm actually laughing out loud at you. Do we really want a president whose middle name is the last name of the leader we just bounced out of Iraq? Not me.
Do we really want a president who has a picture of Che Guevera in one of his campaign office? Not me
Do we want a president who has Jeremiah Wright in his life that he called his mentor? Not me.
Do we want a president who said that Don Imus made hateful comments but then suppourted Wright for making identical comments towards whites? Not me.
Do we want a president that suppourts liberation theology that was connected to Che Guevera and led to Fidel Castro? Not me
Do we really want a president that suppourts James Cone? Not me.
Do we want a president that suppourts the theory that Gods that don't hate whites should be murdered? Not me.
Imagine if John McCain said, "Typical black person." All heck would break lose. Obama said about his "racist" grandmother, "Typical white person." What's the difference?
Obama wants to meet with terroists. If we want to stop terrorism, than why are we meeting with them?

The difference is McCain made an unintentional mistake, Obama did not make a mistake, he told a lie. I would much rather have a President who made a mistake every now and then and was willing to admit to it then one who tells us lie after lie as blatantly as Obama is doing. This is no better than Hillary's 'help I'm under sniper fire' cries. But maybe that's just me :P
I would rather a president lie about personal issues rather than not know the facts about political issues. I am not voting the the guy who I want to have a beer I am voting for the guy who gets the most right politically and has the best grasp of the military.

I dont get how you can liek Obama unless you are either a communist or are stupid and just like him because he talks good. He would be nowhere if he wasnt black. Think about this, would America elect a white person who has a priest who is openely hates black people, refused to even like the country by not waering the pin and not puttign him hand over his heart for the national anthem. I dont care that he doesnt do it maybe because he doesnt feel like he needs to put a pin on every day but it is the fact that he refuses to put a pin on. Why is he running for preident if he hates this country.

Easy.. because as bad as Bush has done.. the Democrats in Congress have done even worse :)
But I thought congress was democrat and republican... was I wrong? After all republicans keep losing congressional seats while dems keep getting them awarded.

For the record I build furniture as a hobby and I will only use materials that are harvested from a privately-owned tract of forest designated as such to protect the rain forrest and any other area that's being stripped.
