I know he didnt play much last year but i think JoePa should let him play cuz we need another player. Whats their to loose even if he got hurt he would most likely be back by Sept and we have plenty of WR's anyway. Might as well see what he can do.

I hear ya my brother. It's just not the Joe Paterno style. He didn't do it with Yaacov Yisrael or Titcus Pettigrew. He didn't do it then so why do it now? Maybe when Joe goes, it could change.

In my opinion, I think that would be a huge mistake.  Why risk injury playing for a struggling basketball team that won't even make it to the NIT's.  Norwood will be one of our top wr's again...so why risk having him banged up.

As far as the basketball team is concerned, unfortunately this season is already a wash.

I went to high school with Jordan Norwood and saw him play high school ball.  This is what I figured he would go to college to do, I didnt even know he played football.  Like his talented brother Gabe, who played for George Mason during the amazing run they made a couple years back, I think Jordan could definitly make his presence felt on the court.  I guess we will never know what he could have done for PSU although maybe there is still a chance next year after football is done with and being his senior year he will have nothing to loose.  But the guards for PSU seem strong upcoming.  Reflecting back on it I think it was good to keep Norwood healthy for football because his talents on the feild are needed.
