Thats the silliest thing i have ever heard...Seattle was already one dimensional!!!!!!! They couldnt run the ball all year and everyone knew they would throw almost every down since its what they have been doing all year! The Giants can do both..as long as there isnt much of a wind factor i dont think the temps will make much of a difference. Game could go either way....17-13 Giants baby!
LOL PSU12... Everyone says that about the Packers and what they "did" to the Seattle running game. They act like it was Shaun Alexander from 05. I agree with you it can go either way. I'm hoping the Giants pull out a win though.
tough game to call. nearly impossible to win three straight road games in the playoffs. this game reminds me a lot of Carolina playing at Seatlle in 05'. Ginats have used a big special teams advantage in their previous 3 games to get thier momentum going. I don't see a big special teams advantage here.
The Giants are going to need to score more than 17 to win. Sorry, but there is no way they limit the Pack to 13 points at home. I agree with RutgersRules, the Giants are a lot like the 05 Panthers who looked impressive until getting stomped in the Conference Championship. I see the Packers winning by 2 TD's here, 34-20, as the Giants will be physically and emotionally spent after the Cowboys game. Plus, how much longer can Eli really keep it going?
This just in, if a quarterback has 3 straight good games he is not suddenly a premier QB. Eli is still an average QB, look for the weather and the law of averages to cause havoc for the NYG QB.
Absolutely right, anyone who drafted Alexander in fantasy knows how one-dimensional the Seahawks have been all year, not just that game.
Agree that the Giants are hurting after that battle in Dallas, but who would have thought after getting stomped twice that the G-men O and D lines would rise up in the 4th quarter to take control of that game? This bodes well for Sunday IF Eli can avoid the killer mistake like he has for the last two weeks, and otherwise keep playing like he has for three.
If special teams or D can make a couple plays, New Jersey/A team (sorry TMQ) has a shot, even though it's a slim one, at the upset.
the giants are so inconsistant that they are in the playoffs, championship game at that.
beat 2 good teams lost by 3 to the best team in the nfl,and yet are still hangn on.
so tell me who did the packers beat lately worth talking about besides seattle and the lions. This is all Farve hype on here,no reality, everyone knows the nfc east has the toughest teams, dallas giants washinton and phili,so once again you people are thinking one dimensional.how fast we forget the dallas game with these guys.
The Packers average 28 points a game, that is a pretty funny prediction. I believe they scored 35 on the Giants in New York. I think it will be close but if the Giants only score 17 they will be watching the Superbowl on TV for sure.
