More importantly, what happens when Byrd comes back?  What does the OF situation look like.

i dont know what to think, the are like 7-18 and the next thing you know they are 27-27.   the Rangers seems to be very streaky.

Everythings going to plan for Daniels and Hicks.  The team is winning enough games to make the season exciting and draw fans to the ballpark, but thanks to awful managing by Washington, the team will start to lose more and more games as the season goes on.  Mark my words, the Rangers will be sellers, not buyers before the trading deadline.  Trading good players for prospects like they always do.  We will see some, if not all of these guys playing for other teams this year:

Bradley, Blalock, Byrd, Cat, Laird, Ponson, and Vasquez.

we finally were able to stay above 500 for more than a couple of hrs, which gives us a fighting chance. And we're also about to start a 4 game series against our division rivals the Angels. This series will determine how the rest of the year goes. Are we contenders or pretenders? The angels are playing really good ball right now, so if we can go 2-2 against them (which we probably can, since we're a 500 team) than i think we'll be in good position for the last half of the season. If we go into that series with the same intensity that we had against the Yankees than i think we'll be able to take 3 out of 4 or even....a sweep.
