Hope you guys don't mind this female hockey nut reading all your posts about women and beer. I have to admit they really make me laugh.

Anyway, back to hockey. There's been awesome news here this week. Mike Haviland was just announced as an assistant with the Blackhawks. I know Mike from college. He's an awesome nice guy, and though his pro career was cut terribly short, he's had a great coaching career so far, including '06-'07 AHL coach of the year (Louis A.R. Pieri Award). Should be a great time for him with exciting young players and the next Winter Classic at Wrigley. I'm pretty Penguins die-hard, but I'll have to pull for Chicago in the west now.

Yeah Red, it is the dog days of summer. Hockey players in Canada are all on the lakes and playing golf, enjoying the short/hot summer.

Here in Central Florida it is 103 degrees (humidex) and no breeze..so after moving something for business..we hit an outdoor mist"patio and had some margaritas (friend is avoiding beer to lose weight).

So we might as well talk aobut your beer discoveries and tark's frustration on the beach...at least FlyFly got rained out for an early Bar visitation. HAHAHAHA

But Anyway, the sports world is all about FLAVOR FAVE --FAVRE-FARVE-FAVER and the pack who want to send him packing back to Louisiana.

Brett needs to show up and force then to pay $12 million ..he better not sneeze.

Packers can release him.... but if the Pack delay trading him, they better pay him!. His trade value goes down as time passes because his chances of helping his new team to a Super Bowl decline with lost practice time. The packers are a bunch of lying crybabies if you ask me. If you do not want to play him, and you do not want to pay him (they do not).....then you need to release him

I am sure he liked you too; did you all drink beer?

Just kidding warplane1.... I am sure I look foolish anytime a woman reads my guy posts on females....(I wwill let others speak for themselves) but I absolutely respect women and all their points about inclusion etc. Would back a woman anytime for her rights.

Anyways here we go boys, time for some NFL discussions.

Eagles will be 12-4 this season and will, I repeat will win the division. Super Bowl? Not opening my mouth!

Brett Fave will be the Packers starter.

The Patriots will go 0-16.

The Raiders will go 16-0.

And the Tony Romo and T.O will get engaged!
