Kansas City Chiefs on the road to recovery

Posted on: January 16, 2008 2:14 am

I used to be a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan intill they just start losing more and more...I dont really like what this Herm Edwards and Carl Peterson have in story for this Kansas City Chiefs team but it does not look good..

I was at the interviews that they had at the beginning of the year and i saw Herm Edwards throw the Chiefs old Offesive play book in the trash can. I have no idea what to tell the Kansas City Chiefs but i do think that they need to get rid of Carl Peterson and Herm Edwards before its to late.

I record all the Kansas City Chiefs game still and i do go back and watch all the games and i tell you what..Its not the players fault its the coaches and i will tell you why

When Al Saunders was the OC of the Kansas City Chiefs he did what it had to take to become a good OC for a team and that is what alot of buzz around Kansas City...Kansas City is one of the Hostest towns in the USA and i hope it stays like that

But with Carl Peterson and Herm Edwards here..I dont know if its just them or if Carl Hut sees something in those 2 guys that they can end the losing streak and get some players in here or if it just that Clark Hunt is scared that the Kansas City Chiefs mind end up leaving town

Tony G packed his bags and headed back to Cal to see if famly..He was really embarressed with this season

What the Kansas City Chiefs need to do is release all the OL players and just use there back ups that are young so they can get a line to block for the QB

I also been hearing that the Kansas City Chiefs might go to a Broncos type offense

We will just see what happens...But 1st the Kansas City Chiefs needs to get ready for the Draft but before they do that they need to figure out who is going to be the OC 1st and when they do that they can get ready for the Draft then after that spring training and then after that the season

If you want to know who i thik they will draft in this years draft...I have no idea beucase i am not really a huge fan of the Kansas City Chiefs anymore unless they start winning

My team is the New England Patriots and the Green Bay Packers

Kansas City Chiefs on the road to recovery

I completely agree with you. I think Carl Peterson has got to be fired soon. He has made bad decision after bad decision, including the hiring of Herm Edwards. Carl has let this team crumble. First he completely ignored the defensive side of the ball as far as personnel, then he ignored the fact that our offensive line was filled with players near retirement.

At least we have had better success with drafting the last couple of years. Bowe, Hali, and Johnson have been excellent for us. Allen was a great later round pick. Hopefully things will get turned around. I am scared that Herm is banking on Brody Croyle to turn in to a good quarterback. I don't think that he will ever be more than a second or third string player in the NFL. We'll see...

The good news is that they stunk so bad this year that they might have a shot at getting a good offensive tackle. I would love to see Jake Long here, but I think St. Lois will probably snag him.

Kansas City Chiefs on the road to recovery

The Kansas City Chiefs have not won a play off game since 1993 the longest drought in NFL History

I want to tell you guys what i dreamed about a frew weeks back

I had a dream that i won the lotto and i ended up buying the Kansas City Chiefs ...and boy did i do a remake over I got Rid of Carl Peterson and Herm Edwards and got Bill Cowher Marty S and Al Saunders to come back i even let Chan Gailey stay but i moved him down to running backs Marty S was the head coach Bill Cowher was working with the D back and Al Saunders was the OC coach every time that he had to wait in the draft we would end up drafting up to get somebody good...we got the best Grade in the Draft with a A+...Then after that i woke up and have no idea what happen...I tell you what some crazy things can happen

Clark Hunt said that Carl Peterson's time is getting really close

Kansas City Chiefs on the road to recovery

Kansas City Chiefs have gotten old. That includes Carl Peterson and Herm Edwards. There was a time when Carl had it going on and could'nt be touched. Marty ball was fun.....at least we made the playoffs. It's getting harder and harder to follow these guys. The winds of change have arrived. I think losing to the Texans is what did it to me. There was a time the Texans would have been the same as a bye week. Now I have to sweat this game from start to finish.I miss Joe Delaney or the Nigerian Nightmare bang'in it up the middle. Maybe the future will turn out better but I fail to see THE ROAD TO RECOVERY.

Kansas City Chiefs on the road to recovery

WOW, Bandwagon Fan. So were you a Colts and Bears fan last year? I am not a Chiefs fan first. I am a Titans fan. I stopped being a Chiefs fan in the mid 90's when I couldn't stomach the losing anymore.

First and formost, I want to say that Herm Edwards is not totally to blame here. Look across the offensive line an
