The West gets even stronger.

Wow each one of these big deals propels another.

First Lakers trade basically nothing for Pau Gasol.

Than the Suns get hosed in a trade for Shaq.

Now the Mavericks have traded their future for about two years production from a great player.

The Lakers definately got the best out of these 3 trades, but all of these trades have made the west stronger.

Hey again wink!!

The recent trades by the Lakers, Suns, and Mavericks have shaken things up pretty good.  And these moves will probably foster additional ones.  Perhaps the Spurs need to do something now.  I just have trouble seeing how Tim Duncan, Fabricio Oberto, and Bruce Bowen can stand up against Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum, and Lamar Odom or against Shaq, Amare Stoudemire, and Boris Diaw in the play offs.  Seems the Spurs may be one really good big man short now.

In the East, the Celtics and Pistons have to be scratching their heads as well.

I agree. The Greg Popavich showed some poor class by saing the Pau trade was unfair. Don't hate the player Popavich, hate the game!

Wow what a dorky move by the Suns. Shaq has like 2 years left on him and Shawn Marion has like 5 and is more productive. The Lakers got lucky with their trade as the Mavericks did to. The Mavs got a first pick too!
