Sophomore Freddie Edo had some big games and should step up more next season. Sophomore Jacolby Satterwhite led the team with 39 assists. Junior Blake Thompson also showed signs of being a player in the league.

THE BAD NEWS
Aaron Smith had only one season before graduating and Brian Ezeh leaves after a productive season.

KEY RETURNEES
Junior G Derek Johnson led the league in steals and averaged 11 points a game, but will be counted on for more production. He is the lone returnee with more than 20 minutes playing time per game. Other returning players include sophomore G Jacolby Satterwhite, sophomore G Dorian McDaniel, junior F Blake Thompson, sophomore G Freddie Edo, freshman G Rodney Meadows and junior F Jacoie Shivers.

ROSTER REPORT

--Freshman F Pierre Epouner played in Prairie View's first four games, but did not see any action the rest of the season.

--Freshman F Jeremy Malone of Houston did not play this season.
