GOOD NEWS
The Ducks welcome an excellent five-man recruiting class, topped by 6-10 center Michael Dunnigan of Chicago, the best big man Kent has landed.

BAD NEWS
The Ducks will be hit hard by graduation. Seniors Malik Hairston, Maarty Leunen and Bryce Taylor combined to average 44.3 points and 17.8 rebounds this season and, over four years, totaled 4,438 career points.

KEY RETURNEES
Sophomore guard TaJuan Porter is the Ducks' top returning scorer at 13.0 ppg. He struggled at times to replace Aaron Brooks at the point, but is a dangerous streak-scorer and will be expected to take on more of a leadership role next season. Also back are forward Joevan Catron (8.8 ppg, 5.7 rpg) and freshman Kamyron Brown (4.2 ppg, 3.1 apg), who will be expected to challenge for the starting point guard spot next season, allowing Porter to slide over to shooting guard.

ROSTER REPORT

--Senior Malik Hairston, who had 22 points in the loss to Mississippi State, tied Fred Jones and Stan Love for sixth on Oregon's career scoring list with 1,644 points.

--Sophomore TaJuan Porter became the Oregon's career leader in NCAA tournament 3-point baskets with 19, passing Luke Ridnour, who had 16.

--Senior forward Maarty Leunen became just the second player in school history and the 25th in Pac-10 history with 900 rebounds (903).
