FINAL RECORD
20-13, 7-9, seventh in the Big 12..

WHAT WENT RIGHT
The season finished on an uptick as the four-guard lineup used by Nebraska coach Doc Sadler grew more comfortable with its role supporting productive C Aleks Maric. The 20-win season was just the 12th in the history of the program, which reached the postseason and went 1-1 in the NIT. The guards who return offer stability as Sadler works several newcomers and redshirts into the system next year.

WHAT WENT WRONG
Opponents with strong front lines caused trouble by limiting touches for Maric and controlling the glass. The middle was clogged too often because Nebraska only made a 190 3-point goals, which was fewer than all but one Big 12 rival. Inconsistency among the guards made it difficult to find a second threat to accompany Maric. The Huskers only went 2-6 on the road in Big 12 play, though one of the wins was an upset at Texas A&M.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"It's time for these guys to take things over and do something next year. It's their time to shine. A lot of guys who played this year contributed a lot of minutes. That experience will mean a lot in the future." -- Nebraska C Aleks Maric.
