FINAL RECORD
8-20, 4-14 NEC, T-8, out of league tournament.

WHAT WENT RIGHT
Not much, really. The Knights did stand at 5-7 at one point, but things went downhill from there. Sophomore Sean Baptiste emerged as a true NEC scorer.

WHAT WENT WRONG
You go to the FDU pages in the NEC media guide and the picture there is Cameron Tyler, the young man who was supposed to make the offense. He never played a game for this team after starting the year delayed by academic woes. It turned out to be a portend of things to come for a team that never really got started.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"It's been a very long year. It ends on a very sweet note for us. It puts us in a great frame of mind right now. I'm glad to get a 'W.' It's been quite awhile." -- FDU coach Tom Green after the dramatic win that ended the season, with the Knights not qualifying for the NEC tournament.
