FINAL RECORD
13-15, 6-8 Big South.

WHAT WENT RIGHT
G Jack Leasure continued to be the Big South's best dead-eye shooter, one who was capable of going off at any moment. He hit nine 3s in a game twice -- at High Point and at VMI.

WHAT WENT WRONG
What didn't? The Chanticleers lost forward Joseph Harris to a broken thumb in December. Point guard Joshua Mack, last year's Big South freshman of the year, became disgruntled by a lack of playing time and left the team. Wing Everage Richardson underwent an emergency appendectomy in January and never saw the floor again.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"I knew he was going to be a tremendous shooter. What I didn't realize was how hard he worked on it. He's the guy we'll see in the gymnasium at 8:30 in the morning shooting. He absolutely puts up more shots than anybody I know. It's a testimony of hard work. Here's a guy that's a 4.0 student, an academic All-American and he sets the Big South all-time record for 3-pointers. You've got to admire that." -- Coach Cliff Ellis on guard Jack Leasure.
