FINAL RECORD
7-25, 0-16, ninth in the Mountain West.

WHAT WENT RIGHT
Winning tournaments in November isn't as sweet as hoisting a trophy in March, but Colorado State can still be proud of its championship in the Top of the World Classic in Fairbanks, Alaska, on Nov. 15-18. The Rams swept Oregon State, Tennessee State and Portland State to claim the title.

WHAT WENT WRONG
Colorado State was 0-14 in true road games and endured a school-record 17-game losing streak from Jan. 12 to March 8. In Mountain West play, the Rams ranked eighth or ninth in the league in scoring defense, scoring margin, rebounding margin, field-goal percentage, field-goal defense, 3-point defense, assists and steals.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"I'm a Catholic guy and Catholics confess, so I've got to tell you a story. I walked into my athletic director's office and said, 'I've got to tell you that I made a mistake. For Lent, I gave up winning.' And he said, 'Winning for Lent? I thought it was your New Year's resolution.'" -- Colorado State head coach Tim Miles.
