THE GOOD NEWS
The foundation of freshmen that emerged in 2007-08 returns intact. In F Omar Carter and Gs Jamarco Warren and Tovi Bailey, CSU has a chance to be good, which wasn't the case this year.

THE BAD NEWS
G Chris Moore, who led the Big South in 3-point shooting percentage, graduates, leaving a void of outside shooting and senior leadership. With so much talent returning, coach Barclay Radebaugh might feel some heat if the Bucs don't finish in the top half of the league standings.

KEY RETURNEES
F Omar Carter, G Jamarco Warren, G Tovi Bailey, F Giedrius Knysas, F Quinton Goods, F Shawn Outen, G Shelton Carter.

ROSTER REPORT

--F Omar Carter finished was ninth in the conference in scoring (15.5) and sixth in rebounding (6.5). He was also seventh in free-throw percentage (73.6) and field-goal percentage (44.0). He was the league's top freshman in all four categories.

--CSU hoped to get a lot more out of sophomore forward Brandon Macklin. He was suspended after the team's ninth game (coach's decision) and didn't play again all year. He had a season-high eight points at North Florida and a season-high six rebounds against the College of Charleston.
