FINAL RECORD
10-20 overall, 4-10 Big South.

WHAT WENT RIGHT
F Omar Carter blossomed into one of the Big South's best inside-outside threats. The freshman was adept at slashing to the basket, posting up down low and hitting the 3-point shot.

WHAT WENT WRONG
No post presence ever developed. F Giedrius Knysas is 6-foot-9, but he lacks the tenacity to make a difference down low as a rebounding or scoring threat. F Quinton Goods, a 6-8 East Carolina transfer, never found a groove.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"I'm more encouraged about our direction that I've ever been. We've got some work to do but our foundation is very strong." -- Coach Barclay Radebaugh in the Charleston Post & Courier.
