The Terriers seemed to be an entirely different team from the one that was so inconsistent early on. Once they finally got healthy, the Terriers were a force in the America East.

That's the good news for coach Dennis Wolff, who didn't have a single senior on the roster and received strong contributions from several freshmen down the stretch.

Wolff has to be especially pleased with his squad's upset of two-time defending conference champion Albany in the America East quarterfinals.

The Terriers lost both meetings with Albany in the regular season but were able to knock off the Great Danes in overtime.

Look for Boston U., a trendy pick to win this season's conference title, to fulfill that promise a year late.
