GJ Vilarino

A lot of people on this board, and others, are calling for GJ to release his LOI. I know the excitement of John Wall (which I dont think will happen) is there and GJ doesn't seem to match up. I, however, do not think that in order to win a NC that UK has to have 5-star players at every position. I do agree that PG is probably the most important. Recruiting battle heating up?

I love a little competition. I noticed over the last couple of weeks that UK has offered Peyton Siva and Deshawn Painter, 2 highly recruited UofL prospects. Now I see that Rick Pitino is putting the full court press on Rivals #1 John Wall. Here is a little of what Wall had to say about Uk, UofL and IU's involvment in his recruiting.........

Billy really must want Jasper to stay

Kentucky coach Billy Gillispie said Monday that he's going to Derrick Jasper's hometown of Paso Robles, Calif., Wednesday to see if the sophomore guard still wants to transfer out of Kentucky. What game are you looking forward to next year?

Personally for me. I am looking forward to playing at Vandy because we have a butt woopin for them waiting in our pockets.

I am still upset about how Vandy handled that game. They were killing us and then they put their starters back in late in the second half. Its just down right rude and shows no class by the coach.

We owe them a 50 point woopin.

Let me run an idea past you all

I used to live in Florida, near Orlando. While I was there, if the guys and I were bored we would head down to Orlando and catch a Magic game. After that we would wait around till the players would leave and try and catch them in their cars so we can get autographs. Darryl Armstrong and Mike Miller were the only 2 that ever gave us autographs. Tmac almost ran me over one time. haha.
