Going to go with Auburn here. Georgia has proven itself to be a legitimate No. 1, but a road game against the Tigers looks to be the Bulldogs' toughest test of the season to this point -- yes, including Notre Dame earlier in the year. Georgia's defense is really going to need to step up to contain Auburn, but I think the Tigers will eek this one out in the end.
Auburn is a very good two-loss team that will play well on their home field. Jarrett Stidham and Kerryon Johnson will hand the Georgia Bulldogs their first loss of the season. My simulations make the Tiges -1 favorites on their home field. Take the points.
Georgia started to sputter a little bit last week against South Carolina. On Saturday, it faces a two-loss Auburn team that has rounded into form with an explosive offense and a defense just a slight notch below that of the Bulldogs. I think Georgia is in trouble here and likely takes its first loss of the season.
Auburn's balanced attack puts up 36 ppg and 466 ypg and its last six games have gone Over. The last three meetings have seen Georgia win and cover and the game stay Under, but I like Auburn at home to score enough to help get this total Over.
