Devin Booker isn't shooting 20-for-25 again (I don't think), but the Suns turned up the pace in Game 3 with Cam Payne starting for Chris Paul. Phoenix had a plus-12 advantage in fast-break points. Look for more of that. Denver's Jamal Murray is just 1-for-15 from deep in the past two games. The Suns have been very physical with him. Considering Game 4 is in Phoenix, the refs are more likely to allow it then they would if this were in Denver.

Devin Booker put the Suns on his back in Game 3, helping them earn their first win of the series. He scored 47 points, shooting 20-for-25 from the field. The crazy part is, he approached 50 points while attempting just two free throws. He and Kevin Durant combined for 56 of the Suns’ 95 shot attempts. Aside from Booker and Durant, no other player on the Suns scored more than seven points. With all of the minutes and shot attempts that he can handle coming his way again, I’m on Booker to hit this over.
The Suns had to win Game 3, and they did just that behind stellar performances from Devin Booker and Kevin Durant. The two combined for 86 points. The problem was, no one else on the team scored more than seven points. Their other three starters combined for just 13 points. As good as Booker and Durant are, asking them to do so much is playing with fire. The Suns’ lack of depth won’t improve with Chris Paul (groin) out again, so I like the Nuggets to bounce back and cover here.

Aaron Gordon has been Denver's unsung hero through the playoffs. He has been contributing in a variety of ways and on both ends of the court. Case in point he has been excellent defending Kevin Durant, in addition to playing backup minutes at Center whenever Nikola Jokic needs a rest. This combo line is low taking into account Gordon averaged a combined 9.6 rebounds & assists during the regular season while playing 30.2 minutes per night. He's logged 39 minutes in three consecutive games and considering he is on the floor for an additional 10 additional minutes per game he is likely to see an uptick in his peripheral stats.
